Try 2 train on this WAY cuz IT ROX!!!

i'm going to try that program, i've done 'time under tension' training about a year ago, where pretty much all my sets and reps were negatives, i gained a few pounds and decreased bodyfat by about 1.5% over about 2months, so it worked, but it wasn't nearly as dramatic as the changes this dude reported... anyway, i'm gonna give his program a try
