LOL.. I admit, I totally agree w/you on the diet portion but brutha, your dead wrong on the P90X! Have you tried it?? On a dare (and recommendation) I tried it and ended up doing the entire 12week program, twice! ..and still do certain routines here and there. Its not really for size or competing BB'rs but the program was well thought out, uses a scientific approach to the training and will get you hard, ripped, and strong! ..but its more of a functional strength and endurance, however, a friend who did it ony completed about 6-8 weeks of the program and still ended up putting 20lbs on his bench. If your and athlete or fitness buff, it will work.. you just have to put 100% dedication and intensity into each workout.
