P90X is another work out fad...just keep it simple..all these "fitness experts" try and complicate work outs to make money...it all comes down to diet/exercise. If you want to burn fat, watch your carb intake or try carb cycling...3 low days, 1 mod, 1 high. Keep your protein high. Do cardio (low intensity) walking for 45 min in the morning...if you need to double up on cardio, then go 20-30 min after your lift in the evening. And keep lifiting heavy! no pansy ass low weights, high reps shit...hit it hard, hit it strong.
