Trying to break a plateau

Was making steady progress but hit a wall two weeks ago and am in week 7 of 10 of test 600/deca 300.
Train 3-4 times a week one body part per week.
Diet is clean for the most part. 200 grams of protein. 2000-2500 calories/day. 5-6 meals/day

5'7" 168 at 9%BF

help/critique/flame.....any input appreciated

you aint eatin enough. no where close. 300mg deca is wasting it as well. dbl deca, dbl your food, up the test to at least 1g/w and watch the gains start all over again.

but at least dbl your food.
 
definitely up your calorie intake.

I also eat 5-6 meals daily, but take in about 3800-4000 calories.
 
Eat Eat Eat, and take an extra day or two off once in a while--this usually helps to end a plateau and start the gains again.

i hate you found some bad info on a drug profile.

eat lots of decent carbs, 400/day if possible and try to get that much protein if you can. meats, eggs, chesses, breads, pastas, fish, peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches (my favorite) lots of milk if you can tolerate it. 400 carbs/protein per day with no fat = 3200 calories. add 50g of fat and you at 3650 calories. now you getting in the ball park to put on size. hell if you just eat and train heavy you gonna grow drugs or no drugs. drugs are no miracle. they help but not to the extent that many beleive. and also the right combo of drugs is necessary for whatever your goals are. there are many different types of hormones which all have a slightly different affect on the body. often times certain hormones will have a synergistic affect that the sum will be greater than the parts. test/tren is a perfect example. tren/winny is another.
