Trying to bulk but milk is killing me.

I am trying to gain weight.

But because I am lactose intolerant, I get diarhhea when taking milk. I tried the Lactaid tablets and the Lactose-Free milk and they gave me hemroids. WTF !!!

I blend up some vegetables in my morning and evening shake. I eat a small pot of vegetable for lunch and dinner along with my regular meals. I drink much water as I can.

But what is the deal with milk doing to my body? It sucks.
 
the only thing I can tell you is to stop drinking milk... its NOT necessary to bulk, yes it is very convenient for cals, protein, and carbs, but not NECESSARY by any means

Agreed!! You shouldn't have an issue if you pay more attention to your calories and concentrate on getting enough protein and carbs.
Veggies are fine but you need to pack in alot more carbs like Oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoe's, bran flakes, and some fruit. ..and then of course your protein (Fish/tuna, chicken breast, RED MEAT (important), etc.). You can also find a lactose free protein shake powder and mix it w/water.
Go a little nuts bro, your 140lbs, you have alot of room to grow.
