ok well been bulking for a while maybe like 6months the last 3 with gear 500mg test cyp a week any way i am up to 190ish but wanting to cut 5-7% bf suposidly i am at 17 according to a electronic devise i dont beleave it so i usually work 5 -6 days a week one mucle a day so now i am going to add cardio 4 days a week after workout 45 minutes or so wi ll that do the trick and also eating cleaner and should i eat anything after workout of muscle and before cardio. thaks for input
