It takes 2.5-3 months for the body to make sperm. I'll let you figure out the rest.

There have been a few studies that I have read that have indicated that it takes about 6 months for your sperm count to return to normal once you cease using steroids. I'll try and find them.

I have done 3 cycles. I came off my second cycle and about six months later got my wife pregnant we tried for 2 months. Then I did a 16wk cycle while my wife was pregnant, baby was born in January I came off early Febuary been clean since then and I got my next baby on the way worked the first month LOL! (we wanted them close together). I got her prg in August It could be the gear but do not jump to conclusions, my doctor told me test levels were low = low sperm count blah blah blah.

A lot involved when you are trying that I did not realize. You only have about a 48hr window to get her preg when she is ovulating. My wife wasn't really sure when it was she say it feels a little different but really unless you've been there before ya just have to practice. On the second one my wife come out of the bathroom after peeing and looks at me and says I am ovulating we are having sex after dinner!! LOL and BAM baby the first time we tried, so you definately learn more as you go So don't stress out about it that only hurts and puts too much pressure on you and her just go with it. You just have to have sex every day, multiple times a day for a few months straight. She'll end up pregnant sooner or later.

I worked with an infertility doc, and we discussed sperm count and anabolic steroids. He too said that studies show 6 months are needed to come back to a "normal" count. I would highly suggest just trying asmuch as possible and timing your sex to increase your chances by having intercourse during her ovulation. 50% of the time it is the females fault,men tend to blame themselves often though
