Hello guys and girls im trying to loose weight here.Can you guys give me a good diet to loose weight fast but safe? I weighted 315 before im down to 260 but i starved my self dont want to do that any more. Here is my weight 260.4weight 25.1%bf 65fm 195.4LM i am 26years old are my numbers good or bad be honest with me.
