Stay very active. My advice is track what you eat now for a week find your maintenance then drop it by 200-400 cals stay there till weight loss stops then drop it down from there. Do keto and carb Cycle. Keeping carbs very low has always dropped weight very fast for me. Do cardio atleast 5 days a week and do high volume training. You will loose weight fast.
