Trying to put on size....

Some powerlifters train like BB'ers, and vice/versa. That's too general a question.


I think both sports focus on heavy compound movements and progressive resistance.
 
Like slobber said concentrate compound movements.....go heavy and low reps..
Examples:
Bench
Military press
Bent rows
Full squats
Deads
 
Make sure you make full use of all the compound free weigh exercises, especially deads rows barbell presses squats front squats and i am sure i am forgetting the others.
 
as for training like a bodybuilder or powerlifter, combine the two training methods and you will gain both size and strength more than you would gain with a single method.
