twice body part per week routines ??

sun - legs
mon- rest
tuesday - light chest, shoulders, tries
wed - rest
thursday- back, bies
friday-rest
saterday- heavy chest and tries
 
If you are going to do it, i would cut out all the assitance work, and work on big lifts, i would not go to failure, and i would cut out all forced reps or anything like that. But that is me.
 
I used to do the following:

Mon - Chest, Bis, Tris
Tues - Legs
Wed - Back; Shoulders
Thurs - OFF
Fri - Chest, Bis, Tris
Sat - Legs
Sun - Back; Shoulders
