I am going to be running Test e @ 500mg/week 2 shots mon and thurs
I have arimidex which i will be taking @ .25mg eod

Is a 1" needle good for glute injections? do u recommend glute or quad? OK so i have 3 questions any good vids out there showing self injection...i know what to do but cant help feeling a bit nervous for the first go round

1.5 is better for glutes, 1 inch works if you have low body fat. when I had someone else do my glute shots 1 inch was fine, when i do it alone i often feel a lump like some subq leakage so i stick to quads and delts
