two weeks?!

I just found out that i will be leaving the cold canadian environment to bask in the rays in southern cuba. Im leaving in just two weeks! Since its mid year, i havent been primed to be in appropriate beach/summer shape as im in the middle of my bulk. since i just recently found out, i have piqued my diet accordingly so that i can still maximize muscle while shredding off the fat. so diet has been taken care of (open to suggestions ;)). I am now curious, since i have such limited time, would you reccommend a change in routine (current 3 day split: ch-sh-tr/ ba-bi/ legs-abs) to something where i hit the gym more often - so as to maximize fat loss. I know two weeks is barely enough time to see noticeable difference, but i want to try to get back the density and definition i had in the summer.

I am currently 196 lbs - 12% bf
4 months ago 183 lbs - 9% bf

I have been told to do full body circuit training until then. I want to go more than 3 days a week, possibly up to 5, inclusive of cardio days. I know most of you are in your bulk right now, but im sure you can give me some good solid advice about this. what do you think?
 
turn up the intensity of your program and yes turn it into a circuit program. Diet will be even more important if you want to get as lean as possible.

wake up pound a shake w\water and some green tea and hit that tredmill
 
i think what ill do is circuit the larger body parts while going 4 days a week with short rest between my sets, and a good one minute rest before my next set. how does this sound: deads (1x12) - wide grip chins(1x12) - rows(1x12) = 1 set. do this for 3 sets. then bi work, then 30 min cardio, since this will not take long at all to complete. i can incorporate the same for chest, and legs - what do you think?

i agree, ive found that on an empty stomach i can run ALOT longer without getting tired out(dont know why but its true for me)
 
i find it very unearthly not being allowed to visit other parts of the world, but i guess with your government, im not surprised.

more on topic, what are some of your tricks (natural) to looking your most ripped? - after all that hard training and dieting. More water seems to bloat me, but after it leaves my body, i always seem to appear to have less body fat. Ive heard wine helps aswell - immediatly before a show.

What else do you think?
