ultrasound machine?

does anyone know if you can buy an ultrasound machine for home use?
....instead on having to go see a physio therapist.

i was planning to use it on this injury i got right now:

sure u can, but u better get ready to pay alot of useless money on it. if you have insurance just go because compared to your copay you'll save hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars

no insurance......in denmark doctors is free, but you have to pay for dentist, physical therapy, etc.

just get an injection of cortisone or decadron and kenalogg

i remember when i was getting ultra sound done on my planter facsia (sp??) my doctor was telling me its pretty easy to do more harm then good if you don't know what your doing with ultra sound, but t3 is right, after i got my cortason shot I was good to go the next day for a football game.
