Unbalanced estradiol and test levels

Every since my last cycle of test and tren followed by nolva for PCT over a year ago my E2 levels have been evelated and test suppressed. Earlier this year I tried using aromasin slowly tapered down to fix this situation - while I was on it I gained back the weight I had lost and felt alot better. However recent blood tests show that E2 is still high and test still lower than baseline. I have also developed a tiny lump under my right nipple now. Is there anything I can do to get my hormonal balance to what it should be?

Before my last cyle (early last year):
Total Testosterone 855 ng/dL 300-1010
Estradiol (E2) 22.0 pg/mL 7.6-42.6

Labwork from earlier this week:
Testosterone, Serum 486 ng/dL 249-836
LH 3.9 mIU/mL 1.7-8.6
FSH 1.3 mIU/mL 1.5-12.4
Estradiol 44.6 pg/mL 7.6-42.6

Labwork before the aromasin (earlier this year):
Total Testosterone 650 ng/dL 300-1010
Estradiol (E2) 49.8 pg/mL 7.6-42.6

Thanks guys.

Hmm. Your TT levels are up and down and even though your e2 is a bit high it's not real high. You want to be right around 28 on e2. Seems odd that your estro climes back up after aromisin use. I would try aromisin again at 12.5 Ed.

yeah thats what i was thinking, maybe estro rebound though?

btw, how old are you buddy?

I'm 27. I was very careful while tappering down the aromasin to prevent a rebound but it seems my body just likes to keep e2 levels in the 40's now. I just took a look at the bloodwork reference range for the test done before the aromasin - I copied it down wrong - the range should be 249-836. So it does seem like my TT has come down.

Is there something I can look for blood work wise while running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to know when and how to start tappering down? Also is there anything I can do for the gyno that has been developing at the same time? Could letro work or should I just let it go because it is mild. My main concer with something like letro is that I can't think of any protocol involving it where my aromatase pathway won't be upregulated making E2 vs test levels worse.
Thanks again!

Aromisin wont cause estro rebound. I would run some more aromisin especially if you are noticing some gyno. But the real concern is why your TT levels are decreasing and estro increasing???
