I'm currently on a 2 workout split done on m/w/f(ex 1/2/1 then 2/1/ repeat)
Workout1:
Squats
Calf Press
Incline DB Press
Weighted Dips
Lateral Raises
Workout2:
Pullups
Deadlifts
Yates Rows
Wide Pulldowns
Seated Calf
I've been getting great results with my routine but one problem..
I'm right handed but in a front double bi my left tricep completely dwarfs my right tricep.
I believe it is a long head of the muscle(the part that sweeps down in a fdb) which gets activated the most in overhead movements..
So would throwing something like a set of overhead DB extensions on my smaller arm at the end of the workout help bring it up to par? I'm not looking to gain strength/progress in the exercises, just even out.
