hey everyone...
i have a "little" problem.
i work out for 2 n' a half years, my arms n' my shoulders are not proportional to my chest, they are to big.
my arms almost 18 inch, and i need to blow up my chest to get proportional.
ive done a cycle before but its not help i become bigger and my chest still the same size.
what can i do?
my chest work out is:
bench press (normal) 4 sets 320lb.
up chest incline 4 stets 110lb per hand.
lower chest incline 4 set.
flyce 4 sets.
please help me and tell me if i do something wrong...
all my body is fine but my chest is a real problem...

Whats your stats, age, weight, etc?

And what rep range are you working to, 4 sets of ????what????
 
im 20
weight 210lb
height 179 cm
bf 14.9
im working on my chest once a week.
4 exercise:
flat bench 4 sest. maxx 320lb
incline dumbells 4 sets.
incline dumbells lower chest 4 sets.
fly 4 sets.

How many reps?????
it could be your over training or not doing enough reps but we wont know until you tell us your rep range.

first set 4 reps 320lb
2nd 6 reps 280lb
3rd 8 reps 260lb
4hd 12 reps 220lbs.
the other exercise is 4 sets of 10 reps
 
I think you should be trying to do it this way.

Warm up 100lbs for 15-20 reps.
1sets -12reps - 220lbs
2sets -10reps - 260lbs
3sets - 8reps - 280lbs
4sets - 6reps - 320lbs

You wanna be upping the weight each time you hit the bench not dropping it.
Try doing it this way you shoud feel a difference.

sounds like youre doing everything else right, and your chest is just your weak spot, and theres nothing you can do about it.

yeah, build up weight and decrease reps for each set
