update on my cycle

ok...well...bad :( But GOOD:)
bad news is, i was up 17lbs...since then have lost 3lbs...down to 14lbs up...right now at 172 starte at 158....Good news is, i look better and my strength is steadily climbing...i beleive the loss is due to my 5AM cardio runs...i did 3 last week...and one this week so far....also been eating a little cleaner...haven't had mcdonalds in a little bit...once at like 2 am when i was trying to sober up:).....mostly eating 6oz chicken breast 2-3 times a day, 3 shakes, cheese, burritos, and various whole wheat breads, pastas, and cereals...before i just wanted the scale to climb...but i figured out that its not the weight, but how you look and how much you lift :eek:
anyway....comments are more than welcome...i think most of you know my cycle...if not check my other threads, as it is kinda screwy...but bottom line 400-500mg of test a week...LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS THINK!
 
oh, this is going to be the beggining of my 8th week...so todays shot, then 2 more... then post cycle therapy (pct) and clen and cut a little..and in January my next cycle!!!!!

Frontloading both at 1 gram each for first week...
 
it is definitly more important to gain quality than quantity. eat lots of protein. otherwise keep it up
 
Your dedication is what is slowing you down, no excuses. How do I know your not dedicated? Your on your second cycle and drinking alcohol. There is no such thing as losing weight on a bulking cycle by the way.
 
no this is my first cycle...but yeah i know i shouldn't be drinking...but i don't think that can be put directly into "no dedication"...its not a habbit...only a few time throughout the whole cycle...different people have different approaches to accomplishing what they want to do...i don't think losing that 3 lbs is bad in any way...just cause its a bulking cycle, doesn't mean i want to get fat...but i also know thats part of it...but im just trying to limit it...My goal is to finish out this cycle and keep gaining steadily...get on some creatine after...wait till after post cycle therapy (pct) cut some fat...and start my next cycle with 5% less body fat @ about 170lbs...then hopefully get to 190 lbs at the same BF%.(After post cycle therapy (pct)) high goals, but for some it may seem like not much...but i'll get there...thanks for the input...
 
they are going up steadily...nothing crazy, but even after i lost that 3 pounds or so, my strength went up...bench before the cycle was maxing out at like 210 for 2-3 reps...last chest day i hit 235 twice... DB curls whent from 30's to 45's....leg press went from like 240 to 360....back went from...on the hammer strength rows..2 plates on each side to adding a 35 on each side on top of that...and hammer strength front lat pulldown is at like 240 right now for 5-7 reps...All the stuff i listed (except Bench) is around 6-8 reps...
