Updates progress pics . Starting a cut for summer

SO im finally gonna do a cut . Its been so long i do a proper cut and get nice and shredded . I hate losing the weight and size , i feel like im going backwards and fear losing muscle . But i havent cut down since pretty much my first year of training where i was already lean and just training made me nice and shredded .SO im about 215lb right now . aiming to drop about 10-15lb body fat within the next few months . aiming for about 1-2 lb a week .

And arm Size cold.flexed?

holy hell you have nice foundation of muscle. you are going to look insane this summer when you drop those pounds you want to drop. keep us updated with your progress!
 
Yeeeahh buddy! Looking swollen brother. The finished product is going to be a thing of art no doubt. I wont even touch on diet and training because you already have that figured out Im sure. Any special AAS protocol to assist you with the process? Youd look fuckin ridiculous with some Tren in the mix, damn.

I'd run your cut nice and long over 16 weeks and keep calories just under maintenance, you shouldn't need to do much cardio, keep your weight training high intensity and let the AAS do it's work...

This way muscle preservation should be easier and you won't suffer that feeling of losing too much too soon.

Thank you guys , im always in fear of dropping weight . What do u guys think , im about 215lb right now ... if i drop to about 195lb ... u guys think thats good weight on a 5'7" frame ... it kills me dropping weight lol i feel like im going backwards . But im going to run tren a 400mg per week and test maybe 6-700mg

What's the end goal DW?

Stage, vacation, photoshoot - or just doing it as a trial run for another time?

Either way, I'd book yourself something to dial in for.

Once you have a shoot, show or vacation booked - something set in stone that keeps you accountable for your actions - the likelihood of deviation from the plan, or a binge occurring - is minimal.

Set a date, formulate a plan (diet, training protocol and AAS) - and get to work!

Looking forward to seeing how this pans out buddy.

I hate to say it though man - building is the enjoyable bit, it's the sculpting stage where shit really gets disciplined, technical and tough!

I think its normal to be a little scared to drop weight but, with the amount of muscle you do have on your frame a 20lbs FAT LOSS, Ill say it again, FAT LOSS, will end up making you look bigger. Its an illusion. With the amount of muscle you have, the more you can see the muscle the bigger youll look.
 
Haha bigben66 i like that . i know and have always learned alot from you guys . To be fully honest , i dont realy have a reason other then to look lean and feel amazing about looking good . However i have planned on maybe some type of photoshoot , which maybe i could get into once im into the lean phase . I wouldnt mind starting a portfolio for maybe some type of modeling of fitness shoots of some sort . I havent cut and been lean in a long time . ive been in a building stage . SO it all the mental thats getting me about getting smaller lol

Do it!

Book a shoot.... you won't realise just how disciplined you'll become with the diet once that end goal is fixed!

That's exactly what I did last year, worked a treat for me, and also acted as a trial run for this year's show prep!

Solid starting point OP

Don't be afraid of the scale, you'll look at least as big and certainly better even if the numbers are lower when you are leaner
