Updates progress pics . Starting a cut for summer

Wouldn't have expected u to be 5'7. I don't see many people that size and height frame now a days. Just wondering but what were ur MAX bulking cals and how long do u usually work out.. a hour or so?

Thank you guys ! omgmike1 , my max bulking cals that i calculated ( i wrote everything i ate down foe 2-3 days ) was about 5000 cals that i calculated . it could have been a bit more cause i didnt quote some things low . But i was about 221lb oe 223lb , very bloated . i train mon-fri 2 hours every day . if i take a rest day , then i mkae it up on the weekend . happens alot

I'm 5'75, almost 5'8 at 188 lbs. I take in about 4500 cals with about 1-1.2 hours training mon-sun, with thursday off. I use to do 2h to 2.5h, but I found it to be less progress actually and on top of it half this forum flamed me off for it. So I'm trying the new DC method style. Working toward ur size right now, hope to get there some day. This coming up cycle of tren a, test and oxys should hopefully do some killer size for me. Overall, keep doing what ur doing u look good, one of the better "recent pics" threads i've seen on here heheheee ;)
 
Hi d-wing you look really good in the pic on post #1. You're quite thick and smooth looking. That's the big boy look Ha Cool.

You know when I was bulked years ago before a show , everyone was saying Mike you're getting big, and such. Then when I was dieting for a show people would ask me if I was sick, what's going on because I was getting small.... Ah haaaa ha, one day at the office I got tired of the complaints so I took my jacket and shirt off...BAM ! :) they said wow and said OMG you got bigger...:dance2:

Diet down slow as you plan....then post some pics. We all wanna see. Good Luck.

Being humble speaks volumes about someone's character don't it. DW's results coulda went straight to his head, but didn't....nice.
 
Thanks all again brothers ! just hopping in . Currently cut is going well . Been dropping at a nice steady pace of about 1lb per week . I will defeintly post some more pics up in maybe a few weeks when im at nearer my goal ! Keep killing it everyone

SO im finally gonna do a cut . Its been so long i do a proper cut and get nice and shredded . I hate losing the weight and size , i feel like im going backwards and fear losing muscle . But i havent cut down since pretty much my first year of training where i was already lean and just training made me nice and shredded .SO im about 215lb right now . aiming to drop about 10-15lb body fat within the next few months . aiming for about 1-2 lb a week .

Snowpatrol , to be honest with you , im kind of cutting by slowly reducing my meals. Ive been eating 5-6 full meals a day and eating alot more then normal +extra little cookies and things . So to cut im just slowly reducing maybe a meal a day , and eating cleaner leaner foods , cutting out some extra cookies and stuff like like . Macros i dont realy know , im realy just keeping the protein high as can be and letting the rest fall in . If i eat more instinctfully i will lose weight . For me to maintain right now , i have to force feed myself till im full like all day .. its crazy . so slight reduces ill drop weight .
