ive been running papervar for 5 weeks...5 then 7.5 then 10 for the almost 3 weeks. sides are only oily skin. im liking the results..can i bump to 15 w/o a problem?
i have been5 1/2 weeks. i did 1 week 5 1 week 7.5 and then 10..just started 15 on sat. i have built great through my back arms and shoulders...holy traps! had to but new workout tops and bras..smalls no longer fit.
SHe is a bit limited in the doses as they were originally 40 caps for me. I am breaking them up and she is drinking them. I can easily break it down into 5 or 10mg.
For all those interested in this little tibit. It isn't water soluble at all.
