urgent help needed

I am new here but read so many threads on this forum and i noticed that there is some members who are more knowledgeable about Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) than many endos if not most of them

I was diagnosed with hypogonadism and was put against my will frankly on testosterone replacement : testogel (in the uk = androgel in the us) and it did nothing ! libido is nil but i lost some weight around the waist( just a little). soi was switched to Nebido every three months (long acting testosterone undecamoate not available in the US) and i had the worst anxiety ever + panic attacks and depression , my testosterone increased and i lost lots of weight around the waist and gained some muscles but that about it, libido is low and erections are not good.

i tried many times to convince my Endo to prescribe Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) but he refused saying it won't help because my Lh was withing the normal range even though it was still low ( even according to him).

i kept asking him through emails i sent him and he kept saying NO.

i went to morocco and i got Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) there and then i was testosterone-replacement-free for about 2 months . i did blood tests and my LH was very low and so was my FSH and testosterone was at the lower range of normal(the lowest ). the Moroccan Endo agreed to prescribe Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) but said i need testosterone replacement with it. I only took one shot of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) (5000 ui ) and noticed my testicles started to swell and even my penis looked thicker while flaccid. but then i knew already that this dose is too high and there's no lower dose in Morocco (there was 2500 ui but still very high)

i went back to the UK and got to see my Endo here after he traveled to the US. when he came back as soon as mentioned Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) again he agreed . maybe he was taught something new in the US or it was because i told him what the Endo in morocco said. he even said : " we do treat people with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for hypogonadism here in the UK" ( he is driving me crazy with his contradictions)

anyway the prescription for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500 ui (twice a week) was done about a month ago but couldn't get it because of manufacturer delays. so i took an old prescription for TOSTRAN( similar to testimin the US) and i felt enormous benefit mentally and physically but my erections and sex drive deteriorated ( yes deteriorated ) , i had firm erections and good sex drive with extremely low testosterone level : 6.7 ( i think it's ng/dl not sure )( this was the latest blood test . my testosterone was extremely low and so was my LH and FSH . i don't know why my erections improved without the TRT.

anyway my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) has arrived and i will have an my first injection of 500 ui on this coming Tuesday but i don't know what to do : the Endo said i must go on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) monotherapy so shall i stop the Tostran gel now or just take less of it on the day of injection or carry on with it alongside HCG?

will Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) help my sex drive and erections and mood and boost my T at the same time? . tostran improved my mood greatly but worsened my sex drive and erections .

Please give me some advice . will Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) help my mood as much as tostran did or will it make it worse ??

also how come my erections were better without any testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and even my ejaculation shot again (i used to just dribble while on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) ). is there a secret here ?

ps: I only took tostran for 3 days now( i know it's too early but i felt immediate improvement in mood and didn't have any anxiety attack which i had daily for a long time even on testosterone injection which made my life a living hell)

is testoviron gel? Gel sucks and does not work. Have you checked your estrogen levels or free test or shbg levels? All that counts too. Unfortunately for you you live in a shitty ass health care system that doesn't even know how to treat high shbg or recognize it as a problem. (we do too, but at least we can go to a new doc).

Hey man, I don't know if I'm as knowledgeable as a lot of the other guys on here, but I've done my own fair amount of reading on MedScape and the major Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) books.

Each guy responds differently to Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), some guys can go mono on it and it works for them but most need to combine it with at least an Aromatase inhibitor (AI).

I've been on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) monotherapy for about 5 weeks now. I've seen some benefits but it hasn't been incredible. Mainly more energy, better cognitive function, and improved erections but still low libido. I've had virtually no side affects from HCG.

Several guys on here have recommended that I go to Chip and get on a combined test, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) protocol. From what I read this is the correct approach. In my case I want to be a little careful as I still want to keep my sperm count up to have another kid.

That's why Chip has a protocol. Test injections are great but on their own they create other problems. Your Estrogen will increase without an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), that's why Chip and the docs put you on an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Your nuts will shutdown with injections, that's why Chip and the docs put you on HCG. Without all three you're simply doing it wrong. Chip knows what works and how to balance the three. Why? Because he practices what he preaches. I wondered why all these guys talked about Chip so much before I started with him now I'm one of his biggest fans along with them. No homo.
