used vial

i was given 200mg/ml of deca home brew and it was given to me in a used vial. I can tell because there's punctures already at the top and it leaks. I was wonderin how i could get the top off my old vial that doesnt have any leaking and pour it into that.Also is it sanitary to get a used vial?? That doesnt seem to safe.

Its probably from filtering into the vial, but cant be sure obviously. And unless you have a crimper (they run $150-200) you cant recrimp once you get the top off. You can however buy some foldover stoppers at getpins, they are stoppers with a sleeve that you fold over the vial top to create a nice seal. They are tough buggers too, stand up to 18g way better than reg stoppers.
