Having researched DNP extensively, and fully understanding the risks and side effects, I am considering using it in the final weeks of my cutting phase.
I am currently 13% bodyfat, down from 16%, with 6 weeks left to lose the final 15 pounds of fat. Now i'm positive I can do this if i stay consistent on my diet and training, but it doesn't hurt to have a plan B.
My aim is purely fat loss, I am not interested in performance enhancement or any other goal. DNP seems to meet this bill.
My questions for the experts are:
What % increse does DNP cause in metabolism based on a 200mg dose (I don't intend on going over 400mg at max)?
If it causes a 40% increase, as widely reported, for me that would mean an extra 600cal burnt per day, so just over a pound of extra fat per week, so why am I reading about 4%bf loss in 2 weeks etc?
Any information regarding those questions would be greatly appreciated, I realise the risks of DNP, so I need to know if the results are worth it.
