Using HGH Frag 176-191,know how i should go about doing this

Ok I am completely new at this so before I ask anything I want to know if it is safe for me to even think about using this some info about me,
I'm 19, 6'1" and currently weigh 235lbs i have 20% body fat
my diet is 3 egg whites or a cup of low fat cottage cheese for breakfast
some type of fruit between meals
lunch 6oz of either tuna, chicken, beef, or deer with vegetables
another fruit
and the same for diner with 8oz of meat.
my work out is spread out over three days
Day one chest and biceps
day two upper back and triceps
day three lower back and legs
four rest then start the cycle over.
Over the past 3 months iv lost 15% body fat and have just stopped iv cut my cals back even more, went from 30 minutes of cardio to 45 minutes a day and still nothing.
I would like to know how i should go about doing this, if it would help me lose the last little bit on my stmoach and my sides, any long term side effects, how to mix the vials and if there is anything i might be missing. Iv never used anything more than over the counter products so this is an alien world to me any help would be grand.
