I would suggest 5mg to start and then work her up to 10mg.(5mg in the morning and 5mg in the afternoon/evening)
The most I have ever done is 15mg a day.
I would suggest to go 5mg for at least the first week or two before upping the dosage. I'm sure some of the other girls will chime in as well.
For a first time using anavar I was thinking about taking 1 tablet of 2.5mg for the first week and then going to 5 for the next four weeks. When I read the previous post I was wondering if I should go ahead and start at 5mg the first week and then go to 10. Keep in mind Im a pretty small framed person and only weigh 115lbs. What do you all think? Thanks for any advice. Chelsea

I/m 5'1 105 and didn't have any problems with 10mg a week. I started at 2.5 for week one, 5 for week two, 7.5 for week 3 and stayed at 10mg for the rest of the cycle. I was 98 lbs at the end of pre-contest and still no sides.
