if she is serious about fitness and wanting to compete etc... I know a few girls that run var 5-10mg per day for 6 wks on/6 wks off combined with 4-6iu's of gh
if ur girl's goal is just to improve her physique and not compete I would highly recommend staying completely away from male hormones (that includes var)
