Varicocele effects on testosterone

Hi Lads,

Just had an appointment with my endo this morning. It was just an initial screening but he agreed my levels were way too low and suggested the possibility of needing to treat with nebido.

Any way he had a look at me and said i have a varicocele on my left testicle which could be causing the low levels. Do any of you know much about this and how severly it can effect my test levels?

He has booked me in for a scan and also wants to do some tests on my pitruatary gland because he said the levels from there are low as well.

My doc checked my thyroid, suspected something, ordered more blood, it was fine then checked LH and FSH which was low normal along with my T 288, so he ordered an MRI, which revealed a cyst inside of my pituitary gland.

I would suggest posting some numbers and what tests have been done, and what/how he plans to test would help your post. Just saying way to low doesn't mean much.
