Hey everyone.

I will be starting my first cycle of Anavar (50-80mg ED) and test P (80mg EOD) being a vegetarian I find it very difficult to come up with a diet. I was wondering if you guys can help me.
I’m 5”11 and weigh about 200lbs. My BF % is 15

My current diet is

9am (upon waking up) 500 ml of water lemon and 5g of creatine
9:30 am: Pre-workout Green tea with TBS of Honey
11 am (breakfast) : 2 wholewheat bread and 200 g of tofu
1:30 pm (snack): 1 whey scoop with 300 ml of water
3pm(lunch): 2 whole wheat bread 200 g of tofu or 200 g of yves soy “beef” and 1 cup of baby spinach with 5 g of creatine
5pm (snack): 4 slices of yves turkey (vegetarian)
7pm (Diiner): 1 whole wheat bread, 1 cup pf mixed veggies (stir fry), 100 g of greek yogurt, 1 scoop of whey, 150 g of broccoli

After 7 pm I fast

Supplements: fish oils, multi vitamins, creatine, BCAA’s, and ZMA
Nutrition: 2100 calores, 60 g of fat, 140g of protein and 265 g of carbs

I do not eat fish, and I try to stay away from eggs.

Goal: lean physique with of course a 6 pack

Lastly, will is the dosage of Anavar and Test P ok? I hope you guys can help me out. Thank You

double food intake and dont fast till 2hrs pre bed if you must. (why do you fast) I have a protein drink the hrs before even going to bed, i just avoid high carb amounts the last couple hrs of day personally.
add more healthy fats and basicly add what you do for dinner early in day also (so 2 dinners).

add olive oil to everything you can. even protein drinks.
i rec creatine at 5g a day so maybe split dose to 2-3g at a time 2x a day.
so far you dont seem to be eating nearly enough.
add in 1 or 2 nut butter sandwichs also, they are high fat with protein and carbs, its a good snack/meal to add.

I also want to add I dont eat meat or fish and avoid eggs also. prob been like 10 years now..
you will get the hang of it as you learn, i cant really tell you what to do , its something you need to learn and how your body responds also. but from this example you posted, your not eating enough in my opinion.
I eat tofu also but keep in mind its actually not that high in protein and has a decent amount of carbs..
add nuts like wallnuts to salads and even your stirfrys, tasts good and can easily add an extra 200cal to each dish (same as adding olive oil, healthy fats are a good thing man).

also i would get teste or cyp. why on earth testp?
*PLEASE dont tell me less water or sides BS story, this is not true for most part and being new, keep it simple*

also i see NO mention of AI, use an AI if estro goes up and have it on hand regardless.

also 80mg eod is pretty low.. 100-150mg eod may give you results.

Welcome! Yes double your food intake like Juicepork says, keep your natural fiber intake high and throw coconut oil shots in the mix. Keep us updated in your progress!

If your goal is to lean out than you're diet is fine to me. Definitely won't gain on it. The amounts look good for a cut cycle

i see your goal is to cut... up your test to 100eod at least, if you up it to 150eod you might even gain a bit on it.

also, drop your carbs to 150-200, and instead of drinking 1 scoop of protein when you use it put 2 instead. and to fill your calories up (if needed... a 200lber should be able to cut on 2300 cals) add some good fats. i like dropping a tablespoon of olive oil in my protein shakes. 120 cals and 14g fat if i'm not mistaken

Welcome aboard !!!

Very anxious to learn about what how when you do what to achieve ur goal. I have trained with diabetics and several other folks who had to tweak the diet to run a successful cycle. Really glad ur here. I live to learn.....

What interest me the most is how short cuts are taken to get artificial nutrients into you for vegetarians. I was a chef for 25 years in my former life so I instinctively hate vegetarians, not just me, ask any chef worth his salt. Biggest pain in the ass customers lol. and what pissed me off the most is that is was mostly girls. The more natural the nutrients are the better your body will absorb it and put it to good use. So yes, start a garden, buy a milk cow and drink the milk straight from the cows utter. Youll be a beast in no time.

other than adding b12 supp you can do fine without any other supps if eating right. BUT i feel most vegie heads are snobby stuck up aholes that think there automatically better than everyone else and healthier too. many are NOT healthy and it just makes the rest of us that actually know what we are doing look like fools to the rest of the population!

haha and this is coming from a veggie head.
but I can see why you could build up a hate for those types of customers.
there is a vaste amount to eat with no meat or fish. but if you need to go to a place and need to bug the chef about this and that and change this for that and this for that... well go eat some other Fing place!
if i go to a place that looks liek that care nothing at all or have 0 options for veggie then i dont bother...
i had one guy complain that this "stake house" was ssuch crap and not accommodating... im like DUDE ITS A FING STAKE HOUSE!!! THEY HAD A VEGGIE BURGER ATLEAST! EAT IT OR go some other place! how can you even complain?!
I didnt even know the guy, he struck up the convo when i was working security and checking ID's at front door.. fool...

I hate these fools that end up making others assume I am one too.
im no better than anyone, just doesnt feel right to me so to each there own. unless asked i dont preach my reasons . shit my whole family eats meat. its 80% of our European diet for most.

True that about some veggie heads thinking they are better than everyone else, cracks me up especially when its a girl and her basis for being on a veggy diet is just because she saw it on some disney cartoon channel. One day I even overheard my niece repeat what she had just heard on a disney teen show, one of the characters in a show said that, "it was in fashion to be gay." I almost dropped my bowl of Cheerios when I heard this. Kids these days will believe everything they see and hear on those cartoon channels.
And about meat, just park a cow next to me and I'll gnaw at it every once in a while.

Try going to a vegetarian restaurant and thinking they have meat options, lol. out of respect for vegetarian kind of foods, Asian food rules when it comes to veggies, i could eat it all day and night. My last landlord owned a Korean restaurant where his mom did all the cooking, and this lady did not even speak English, but her food was top notch fresh and loaded with veggies etc. but they know to throw in a little bit of meat for the protein and nutrients, and over there they get it fresh
