So i've been doing pretty well with my workouts but i cant help but feel like I'm not up to par. I work construction and move alot of weight at work and most of the time i am beat before i ever even get off work let alone to the gym. So I'm curious because I'm so active all day if there is any special way i can do my diet

5'8"
170lb
6% body fat last time i checked (used an electronic unit not sure how accurate that is).
and basicly my goals are to break 181lb (the maximum entry weight for the army at my height and age. i just wanna see if they will seriously tell me I'm too heavy)
