very active diet

So i've been doing pretty well with my workouts but i cant help but feel like I'm not up to par. I work construction and move alot of weight at work and most of the time i am beat before i ever even get off work let alone to the gym. So I'm curious because I'm so active all day if there is any special way i can do my diet

I am currently
23
5'8"
170lb
6% body fat last time i checked (used an electronic unit not sure how accurate that is).

and basicly my goals are to break 181lb (the maximum entry weight for the army at my height and age. i just wanna see if they will seriously tell me I'm too heavy)

im skeptical about ur bodyfat.. can u post a picture??

like i said i have no idea how accurate that really is. i know when i was told i was at 5.5% the electronic thing didnt work "because it only goes to 6%" and now it works but says 6%. my arms chest back and legs are very lean all my weight is in my abs and sides.

my diet is way off. i know this but it is as follows:

06:30 1cup of fruit juice and 20g whey

07:00 1cup of plain oldfashioned oatmeal
6 egg whites.

09:30 1.5cups of wheat pasta and tomato sauce

12:00 2 medium chicken breasts

14:30 chicken salad or tuna sandwich with as much as i can fit on the sandwich. whet bread of course.

17:00 2 medium chicken breasts one sweet potato

18:30 preworkout 20g whey and a pice of fruit usually a banana

20:00 20g of whey 20 of casein

22:00 20g casein right before bed

I can take the criticism i know my diet is out of shape just help me get it in shape so i can be my best. thanks in advance for your help guys :)

yea this pic doesn't help much.. i'd have to see a frontal view.. block out ur face for privacy. but i gotta tell u.. your not 6%, i wont know where ur at til i get a frontal view.. and plz, dont flex.. it takes away from accuracy

The modern days are very advanced and became mechanical where the life has became a burden for the people and even there is no time for them to spend with the family and to take healthy food in their diet which results in the damage of the health.

lol yeah i'm actually or did pull hairs one by one with tweezers because waxing just does not seam to cut it. so i thinned it out a bt for now so its now growing back lol i knew someone would say something. i am tempted to just save it all but dont want the up keep besides my wife got a lil bad when i shaved it :P
