Very simply put. i have lost 30 lbs from 205 to 175 but only 3% bf....... what the FUCK is going on here.. i am rather plump at 25 percent........

I have a reputable source for some Anavar (var) and nolva should i do a quick 5 week cycle? 50 mg per day to keep muscle and burn that chub quicker.

this would be my first cycle ( i was gonna wait till i was at like 15%) but at this rate ill be ethiopian by the time i get there.

im eating 3000 cals 350 protien 350 carbs and 90 fats my diet is legit i drink protien before and after cardio

ANY AdVICE?
 
then you lost water and muscle, or more probable, your scale is simply outofservice.
 
Thats alot of carbs to be dieting on, at 175 you should be eating around 2000 cals and around 170 carbs at most a day!!!
 
Something is amiss...

How are you measuring your body fat? I suppose 175lbs at 25%BF isn't impossible, but I'm having a tough time wrapping my head around it. Unless you are vertically challenged.

Thats not necessarily true, It depends on what he does for a living and what his workouts and cardio look like. At less than 2500 calories a day he would likely be losing muscle also.
 
anyone with 25% body fats going to look plump. go to the diet section and drop the VAR
 
why would Anavar (var) not do it for me... i got some belly fat to drop while keeping my muscle.. i eat 3000 cals and lose weight so it works for me. also my weight loss has come to a bit of a halt so i may drop some carb cals...

on that note... would it be worth wasting my magical first cycle gains on losing fat while keeping muscle with the var? any complications you guys have heard of with someone at a higher bf using it
 
worried about clen sides especially the unknown long term effects. im not that desperate. not hating on clen users but theres just too many unknowns in it for me.

thats the biggest pile of bullshit ive ever heard hell i've dieted on 4k cals a day no problem, To the op your losing muscle because your calories are so low simple up the cals add cardio at your weight i'd be amazed if you couldn't lose on 3k cals a day with cardio 3-5 times a week keep the calories CLEAN carbs it is up to you i never diet on below 100g a day unless i'm carb cycling which is rare, main point of my post up the cals!! what you have lost at the moment will be alot of water,fat and probably too much muscle take a look over your diet plan out your macros and set up a good cardio plan i would add ECA aswell to be honest and some BCAA. and if thats you in your pics you are not 25% bodyfat i woud guess around 18-20%.
