I hate to say it man but some times you got to weigh out if something is really worth it or not. And it sounds like steroids are really not worth it for you to take if you have to worry about consequences like the ones you are having. Just go the natural route. And you should see a doctor asap to find out if you are having a allergic reaction. The reason I Say that I if you ever go in for surgery do to some sort of injury or something and they give you a large dosage of whatever is causing the reaction it could be fatal or at the least cause some very shitty side effects for a prolonged amount of time. If I where you I would start emailing doctors that are experienced in testosterone replacement therapy along with also seeing your regular doctor to find out what the problem is. Who knows maybe it is a warning sign of something else wrong in your body that has nothing to do with the steroids. Like a brain tumor that is getting swelled up from the increased red blood cell count and fluid. That is a 1 and 1000000000000 chance but still getting your self checked out is obviously the bottom line answer. And then If you really want to fuck with your sanity by experimenting with testosterone and cutting out ingredients and adding ingredients at least you covered your health before you did. Really though man to me this is a clear cut sign saying don't fucking take steroids. If you where a top level bodybuilder I could understand you wanting to continue your usage but you are not. And simply the risk is not worth the reward. I might come off sounding like a douch bag but believe it or not I actually do give a fuck about what happens to you and that is why I am suggesting to just not use steroids.
