Veterans: Help an actor get a job by transforming his body in 5 months!

Alright brutal honesty,

That six month period I was talking about, I did a cycle of steroids and put on about 20 lbs. Same cycle I'm thinking about now, but this time I'm gonna front load it. I obviously put on some water, some fat, some muscle. At the end of the cycle I basically tapered off old school and didn't run a proper post cycle therapy (pct). I lost most of that size two months after tapering but I got good gains and was much bigger for 6 months. I just worked the major muscle groups, didn't overtrain, lifted as heavy as I could everytime with few reps, ate a lot protein and I responded really well to the steroids with next to no side effects other than losing most of the muscle. Some people just do.

So this time I want to do that again but more educated this time.:biggthump

look into p90x, it will help you get lean and cut, while adding some muscel mass in 90 days. i did it and couldnt believe how i looked in the end of 3 months

It sounds to me like you're still a noob when it comes to lifting. Along with not knowing how to lift I guarantee that you have a functional deficiency - shoulder stability, thoracic mobility, hip mobility, etc. If you start adding heavy weight to that plus AAS it's a recipe for serious downtime.

If I were you, I'd assemble a team to help me. Dietitician, coach, PT / sports therapist, etc. You don't have to spend a ton of money and it would be well worth the investment. You'll feel good and be in the best shape of your life! Not to mention that you won't have to worry about acne, bloat, flushing, gyno, and shutdown.

In essence I'm a noob yes but I appoach it intellingently. I'm not looking for simply beach muscle. During the brief intervals I've trained I do a lot to build up my core strength. I have never sustained any sort of debilitiating injury in my life. As stated I already did a similar cycle to the one I proposed and I never had any side effects other than a little bloat.

I think you offer good advice though as far as assembling a team.

You don't need AAS to get lean and have "beach muscle". Haha beach muscle. Just do bench and curls all day and eat like a bird. I see 135 lb guys all day that are lean and have muscle tone.

You come asking for advice and when you receive some you throw it all out the window and pretty much give everyone the finger without directly saying fuck you.

Why come for advice if you are going to disregard all of it?

Nowhere in my first post did I ever ask anyone if they think I should do a cycle.

Not at any point.

Actually I clearly stated in the first post that I had already made my mind about doing it and my mind wouldn't be changed.

I simply asked how I could get the most out of my cycle.

Nor have I given the finger to anyone offering help. I've been polite and thankful.

Not sure where this is coming from.
