Vitamin B-complex injections ?

So I thought I'd try Vitamin B-complex injections this week.

I did 1/2 ml. " half the recommended dose" just start out and see how it goes.
It's suggested to inject IM. I loaded up a slin pin and shot my delt as I have with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and Test many times. Immediate pain and it didn't stop for the rest of the night !

Felt like someone punched me as hard as they could in the shoulder.... Sucked !
Next day it felt fine ... No biggie a fluke deal I'm thinking ... Wrong !

I thought since I was heading to the gym to hit back that I might want to avoid my delta so, I went for the calf... Same story, immediate pain and feels like a horse kicked me in the calf !!! It's been about 6hrs since the injection and I currently have a ice bag on my calf. Never had this before with dozens of injections under my belt.

Anyone else doing B-complex injections ??

yes - I am doing B-complex injections. I never had any pain or issues with them.
where are you getting the B complex from?

Taking the B-Complex with my Maximus protocal on M/W/F. I don't have any pain issues, but just like when you're pinning your Test make sure your injecting it slowly. I can't explain why, but I feel the B-Complex more in a resistance type of fashion than I do my Test. It let's me know it is there for the next few minutes afterwards, but that is all. Try slowing down when you inject and see if this helps

When I spoke to Maximus, I was told the B complex could be done subQ instead of IM if it was comfortable for me to do it that way. I did the first B shot IM in my delt and it hurt like hell. Since then, I've done all of them subQ and no issues. I do them in belly fat just like HCG. I get a sting for a few minutes and then its gone.

A buddy of mine got some from rui a while back and I tried it. Def didn't hurt at all but the bright red color freaked me out a little. Only did a couple of shots but I didn't notice much. What do you guys benefit from this stuff?

Any shot for me in the delt hurts like hell.. The spaces in your delts are so tight that putting that much fluid in will hurt until it spreads out over time.... With that said i just shoot it in the ass or thigh but mainly the ass...

With taking b injections my metabolism gets a kick, i just wanna eat.. My energy levels go up also which is nice...

Plus i dont know if its the b injection that helped but my wife and kids got nailed with whatever sickness that was flying around my area, i really wasnt affected by it at all. even with it in my house! i was sweating cause once the kids get it i would usually get it after everyone else and 2x worse. Thankfully i felt down one day and that was it.. I also take alot of vitamins around this time of year anyways so who knows........

It hurts cuz it's water based. Water base winstrol hurts versus the oil base . U can tell a difference big time.

Vitamin B Complex injections and pain

Hello all:

I have recently started taking B Complex injections IM, but they really hurt all through the affected muscle for a long time (20-30 minutes). Prior I was doing B-12 from Trim Nutrition, which did not hurt at all. I have been injecting it VERY slowly....

So far I have been taking only 1 ml, 2-3 times a week. Each ml contains:
B1: 100 mg
B2: 5 mg
B3: 100 mg
B5: 10 mg
B6: 10 mg
B12: 100 mcg

The B I got is actually veterinary, as it was about 30 times cheaper, and everything I read said it is exactly the same.

The stuff I bought is "High Potency Vitamin B Complex", by Sparhawk Labs.

I saw something called Maximus was mentioned above. Does anyone have any ideas why it causes so much pain and/or a better recommendation for where to get better B-Complex economically?

Thanks!

unless you are deficient in b complex vitamins the injections are pretty much useless. I used to do them until my doctor gave me the low down on them .

Thanks for the input. However, it's a bit suspect that [many] doctors promote Vitamin B (esp B-12) shots, and charge around $25 a piece or more.

My research has shown otherwise; which is that taking vitamin B orally is pretty much a 80-90% waste of it, because it does not reach your bloodstream well that way.

In any event, it did not really answer my question, but I think I have already found that it is the B2 that stings.

ya oral b vitamins are a waste unless they r sublingual and get absorbed under your tongue.... shots are king tho cuz its directly in the blood stream and doesnt have to pass thru your liver
