Last Thursday i noticed sensitivity in my nipples and slight puffiness. I got bloods ordered and went in Monday for the draw. i am waiting on the results but the sensitivity seems to be getting worse.

test e 500 wk
deca 400 wk
HCG 400 iu wk
cialis 10 mg daily
prami .5mg daily
adex .5 eod

This is week 9 of 16

all ep line with the exception of the prami. also have nolva and clomid on hand along with letro.

Question is should i wait for the results or up dosages on adex and or letro?

as always appreciate any help given.

I would wait. Sensitivity in your nipples could be lots of things and it sounds like you don't have any other symptoms of high estradiol or Prolactin.

***UPDATE***

Blood work is back see numbers below.

CREATININE 1.37 HIGH
AST 54 HIGH
ALT 58 HIGH
PLATELET COUNT 106 LOW
FSH <0.7 LOW
LH <0.2 LOW
ESTRADIOL 44 HIGH
TESTOSTERONE, TOTAL, LC/MS/MS 2149 HIGH

Why would the liver enzymes be high? Estradiol looks a little above range, but not too bad. I'd up the AI dose to get it closer to the middle of the normal range.

Take it from someone with liver issues. Liver problems can cause nipple ache/sensitivity regardless of E2. Are you taking any NAC? If not, start.

I would not up your AI dose. Considering you used the less accurate Regular Assay instead of the Sensitive Assay, your result of 44 is good. You can generally subtract 10-20 points from the Regular Assay. Good thing you waited and didn't start blasting yourself with Letro. You would be in a world of hurt right now with crashed E2.

Definitely get on the NAC. 1000-1500mg daily.

MBB "N-Acetyl Cysteine, it's an anti-oxidant/liver protective supplement"

I learn something new here everyday!
