want to add in a cutter, need some help guys

hey everyone, im almost done with my test e cycle, i have 4 weeks left and want to add in a cutter to reduce my bodyfat, was thinking T3, any suggestions?
 
So you were bulking an now you want to cut half way into the cycle?

Sounds like a good way to drop any gains you got from the cycle...

Test works well for cutting, adjust your diet and cardio.

Or ....if you are bulking now, keep going and get the most out of the last 4 weeks...which should be the best depending on how long you have been on. Do your PCT, keep cals up in the PCT period, keep training hard maybe reduce time or sets per muscle so as not to overtrain. Once you have your natty levels back then cut.
 
winstrol but i dunno about putting it at the end of the cycle? someone will bounce in here with some knowlege af that nature though.. if not ill research for ya.
 
winstol won't help cut at all. there is no problem cutting at the end of a bulk, alot of people do it. just pull back on carbs/cals and start doing am cardio 30min-1hr. you dont need clen, t3 or any other 'cutting drugs'.
 
i stand corrected then. dont know much on cutting. diet and cardio yea. that'll work.

so does that mean if i was to go straight into a cutting phase i wont loose any of the muscle gains?

You will loss most of it, it's your first cylce, you have not held the gains for long.....you will waste your first bulk cylce....you now the one when you make the best gains...

the bulking diet and training regimen is obviously much more for prone to increasing muscle mass. but cutting back on cals and introducing some cardio certainly won't make you lose all of your gains. thats just an urban hyped up wives tale. as long as you don't starve yourself and run like a kenyan, you're fine. your muscles may look flatter, but you have not lost any muscle.

and i certainly don't agree with this. i sure as fuck didn't gain the most from my first cycle. everyone's first cycle should be used to assess how their body reacts to test and pct, as well as their diet and training. thats like saying we learn the most in kindergarten.
 
I think we have a better retention of LBM from the cycle if we wait until after PCT, when the body has recovered it's HPTA.

As for the Cals, the new mucsle we put on while on the cycle will need more cals to sustain it, cutting cals at this point IMO will make it hard to hold those recent gains. I would however drop some carbs and pick up in fats at this time. Dieting when you are recovering dosn't make sense to me. Wait until the body is strong abd recovered and you will hold more muscle.

It's he first cycle I think, and it is test.
