wanting to cut up some......

What's up I'm new here, and have a couple of questions. I'm 6'0 and 205 pounds. Anybody have some good ideals on cutting up some. Cardio? How much? Any other exercises, more reps.
Help me out man.....
 
Hows your diet look?

When I cut I do cardio 4-5times a week 40-60mins jogging pace.

You can keep your rep range as is.
 
Cardio is one of the best things you can do. I usually do 25-30 minutes on a treadmill first thing in the morning, 3.5-4 MPH.

You could also increase your rep count, while cutting down on the rest time between sets.

A good program for cutting is HST. Search for it there's plenty of articles on it.

Those 30-second rests between sets will really get you sweating.
 
I try to stay under a minute inbetween sets...It keeps me sweating, u won't be able to do as much weight, but you'll notice the work out burn! DIET IS KEY
