anyways... You could try this
Mon: Legs/Calves
Tue: Chest/Abs
Wed: Back/Traps
Thur: Shoulders/Calves
Fri: Triceps/Biceps
 
thats awsome that you go to rutgers, all my buddies go there.

thanks for the suggestion but that split is almost identical to the one ive been running for years, thats back, chest, legs/calves, shoulders/traps, bis/tris, with some abs integrated....im lookin to change that

can someone please give more comments on my proposed split?
