Hi mates!

4 months ago I finished a 1000mg a test E wk for 5.5months then / tren 3 CC a wk for the last 6-7 weeks plus proviron Ed.

During my long run I was always getting back spasms at bed time when I would get comfortable then every so often I would get the most painful ABs,ribs and back Charlie horses all at the same time almost like I was going to explode! Would last anywhere from 3-4 min and at times 30-45 min. Driving and even at work (I do concrete floor coatings) so what do you guys think? Was it the gear and if so what was going on inside me?

Thanks in advance!

I'm confused. From your other post:
So I'm starting my 2nd cycle, I'm almost done 5months of recovery from my last run and it went very smooth.

Anyway I'm planing a nice bulk cycle but need your feed back or if you've ran the same cycle etc also are my pin days too mixed up or should I run all at the same time test and deca as in the same days.

Diet:3000-4000 calorie clean.

Working out for 5yrs

33yrs old
285lbs
6-4"

Here it is.

14 week run:

Wks/1-14 test E or sus? 1250 mg per week split:
Monday 500mg
Thursday 500mg
Saturday 250mg

Front load:
Wks/1-5 Dianabol - methandrostenolone - 30 mg everyday

Wks/1-12 Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - 400mg 4xCC per week:
Tuesday 200mg
Friday 200mg
Sunday 100mg

Proviron everyday 50mg : 25mg morning and 25mg b4 bed time

Armedex everyday till end of pct along with clmid and hcg

Thanks guys!

Which cycle did you run? Also, why so much gear for a first cycle (they're both pretty heavy)? You could have been suffering from back pumps; I get those from mostly orals - but I've heard of tren doing that too. I swear by taurine in moderately high doses to help alleviate these.

It was my 1st cycle and I didn't get acne or anything. I just wanted to know what the pain is from? The cycle a ran was the test cycle but added tren after close to the end.

What are back pumps? And yes it was excessive for sure. So far on my 2nd pct I'm feeling better. Just sayin.

No it was a thread I made about doing a weak post cycle therapy (pct) and having low test. And I think one was a question if I should run another test cycle with a stack so that's prob what you seen man. Not my 1st going on my 2nd but might wait a bit till I recover better.

Back pumps are where the muscle tissues are engorged with blood due to the nature of some AAS. It usually happens when you've been doing lifts that involve the back either directly or indirectly, and the blood stays there - creating what feels to me like a really bad ache. The same is for abdominal pumps, but I think they're less common. It's almost like flexing constantly, which of course can become painful. Taurine helps to thin out the blood in those muscles, allowing the muscle to relax. (At least that's my understanding of it)

Ahh, gotcha.

That makes sense bro thanks again eh! So taurine hey ill have to get that stuff. So do you think it's from too much gear or just a reaction I got? I wonder if sus will do that too hmmmm.

Well, I don't think you need that much gear to be honest. With me (we're all different) I get them from anavar/dbol/a-bombs/tren. I'd try less androgens unless you're a REALLY big fella and need that much to build muscle. ;)
