Hey everyone. I got a question. Whenever I work out arms heavily I get pin-head size blister on my arms. Both sides. Dont hurt or anything. It never happened before. Additionaly, when ever I work out my shoulders and back heavily they turn reddish & splotchy...like a hicky all over. It fades over 3-4 days but what the hell, eh? Anyone else have this happen? They're not indicators of a more serious condition?
