Water retention problems need solved

half a gallon of water is only 2 liters of water, i drink that alone during my morning workouts, you need to drink at least 1 gallon bro.

What ? I knew i drink too little water but a gallon during workout would be impossible for me :O
I tried "overdrinking" during todays workout and managed 1.4liters (i drink about 2-3 l / day)
 
Nolva and Clomid = test booster. Probably won't need more and doubt more would help anyway. Even Clomid alone kicks ass
