i feel like my bench is pretty weak compared to how much i can fly. im a small dude 170 lbs soaking wet, i can bench 185 about 8 times and max out around 225. i was doing inclined fly's today and did 10 reps with 25's, 30's 35's and 40's(probably could've done more weight) each time thinking i would get less reps. does this seem like an awkward ratio?
i feel like my pecs are weak in the middle and upper part of my chest, anything i can do to get more proportional or are these numbers normal and i just think its weird?
