Weak gains from test after 3 cycles, should I try a different compound or give up?

I am wrong and will listen to everyone's advice now. I will start lifting like a real man and not blame my failures on anything other than lack of effort, nutrition, and not listening to Tury694.

That is good that you are starting to come to your senses bud. Good luck

Ok then. Im sorry if i offended anyone, i appreciate you taking the time to respond to my thread, however i will not tqke your advice. No one can convince me that working q muscle twice a week for a totql of twelve sets or more six of which are max effort is inadequate volume. Maybe it is for some people on gear, for me it wasnt. i didnt feel my recovery to be much improved in any of my three cycles and like I said I tried higher volume on my first cycle. Some stupid things were said in this thread by a couple of people but whatever. im sorry if i ofended you.

If you are not seeing results, either on cycle or off, then either your training or your diet is off. And I think that is what everyone was trying to get you to realize. Everyone is different so maybe high volume doesn't work for you. But you have to make sure you are training hard enough to promote muscle growth. And if you are training hard but struggling with recovery then maybe its something to do your diet and you need to make some tweaks to give your body what it needs to recover. Like Schredder said, try out some different methodologies and see what works. I think you are seeing minor progress from your cycles because you aren't doing enough to take advantage of the effects of the hormones. I know some things were said that irritated you but try to take some of the information given in this thread and put it to use.

Keep doing what your doing if you wanna look like Lyle McDonald lol

Dude is pulling a solid 290 pounds it seems lol. That guy also has a fucking video where he is cuddling his dogs and acting as if he wants to rape them or perform a sex act on them, dead serious. Lyle McDonald seems like a weird twisted man, and even though some of his advice on nutrition is ok he does not always provide good info.

It too late to steer him in any logical direction now..

And you most definitely didn't offend a single person on this forum OP. We're all too humble and proud of the work we put in. We know that to get extreme results, you must put in extreme amounts of work (in the kitchen and in the gym). So, if you want to expect those extraordinary results without putting in the work, have fun.. we'll still be here actually hitting our goals.

Grow up, and realize things don't happen overnight. All I can really stress...

Where at in Ohio are you from? I also am from Ohio

Pics look fairly credible good gains man I found I got my best gains in the few weeks after I finished the cycle. Most times remember too tren is rated 500 on the anabolic rating compared to test which is rated at 100 I'd say adjust your diet ( cleaner eating) and maybe do a cut and cardio for like 10 weeks then go for a bulk on cycle
