Critique my diet plan and switch, added 75g pro, subtracted 75g carb, 1 refeed day per week

Meal 1

2 scoops pro, 3/4 cup oatmeal

Cals 350 p 60 c 44 f 4

Meal 2

150g lean ground beef, 1 cup egg whites

Cals 450 p 60 c 0 f 22

Meal 3 ( pre w/o)

150g lean ground beef, 1 scoop pro, 3/4 cup rice

Cals 680 p 60 c 56 f 22

Meal 4 ( post w/o)

2 cans tuna, 3/4 cup rice

Cals 480 p 60 c 56 f 0

Meal 5

3/4 cup egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 scoop pro

Think thats to much of a deficit, or should I give this meal plan a shot with lowerig my carbs by 75g and upping my pro intake by 75g, also carbs just breakfest, pre and post workout

I'm currently cutting, doing keto and im going at it hard.

I'm 6'1 start 200lbs 12%.

Doing 1695 cals, P=225g, F=75g, C=30 including HIIT eod,]

i Wouldnt be worried about to much of a deficit if your on juice atm, the odds of u going catabolic are low.

I dont feel to bad, i just feel a little weaker, i dont have nearly the same endurance that i did. ive lost 7 pounds in 5 days (prolly water weight), i look flat as hell because im carb depleted.

Some people think its a good idea to increase your carbs, and others that i have read have said its not, because you will store it immediately as fat.

Persoanlly i find this works for me, so im just gonna ride it out till the end of this cycle, then i plan on running my next cycle with T3 and clen.
