Tdee is around 3300 depending on weight (175-180 depending on when I weigh)
And caloric intake is 3500.
I was taking in more before cycle for 5 weeks and put on 10 pounds naturally and put on 20 to bench before plateauing but also noticed I was putting on a bunch of fat raising from aroubd 14%-aroubd 18% and have since switched work outs from a full body (3 times a week with 4 restdays) to a 3 day on on day off split, along with cutting back on carbs because I was gaining too much fat.
So now I'm eating less junk but kept in the
I was eating 4000 while bulking and weighed 165 I meant to say and 3500 now at 180 because I didn't like how much fat I was putting on.
I'd say I've dropped from roughly 18% to roughly 15% since cycle started (abs coming back slightly)
I have seemed to lose a little bodyfat actually, but that might just be in my mind because if my weights like exactly the same I must have lost fat, there's no way I haven't gained any muscle by now?
So which is it? Are you you seeing gains or not? Are you dropping body fat or is it in your head? Going from 14% to 18% off cycle then 18% to 15% on cycle is quite a jump if its only in your head, you must have a pretty active imagination for a 21yo.
Also your assumptions are extremely annoying, almost as annoying as your obnoxious overlooking of my posts and reposting the same question lmao.
The tdee calculator I used gave me that number.
Try one out or just keep making dumb ass assumptions
(
Btw I Said I WAS eating 4000 calories not that I am, another fact you overlooked
. Why would I lie? These numbers hold the key to my success and you're no help stay the fuck out of my post)
To the bold part, YOU must have overlooked a fact yourself bc at kne point you said you WERE eating 4000calories and another point you said you WILL eat 4000calories. You arrogantly try to correct someone who is trying to help you and you're not even right yourself?! Man I got a great laugh at your expense with that one, you're a hypocrite point blank, and quite possibly a liar as mentioned.
1) your diet is not in check. If it was you'd be gaining weight and muscle with minimal fat gains which you most certainly are not. Your dumbass assumptions that you know diet and nutrition is annoying, if I may quote you there
2) your training is certainly not in check. You'd be making gains in strength without test prop and making better gains with test prop if it was. Your dumbass assumptions that you know training is annoying, if I may quote you again
3) carbs do not make you fat, another annoying dumbass assumption closely related to #1 and your lack of nutritional knowledge.
4) now much weight do you expect to gain by eating "just over maintenance"? Again refer to #1 and your lack of nutritional knowledge.
5) yes it's very likely you have NOT gained any muscle by now, points 1 & 2 again, you know next to nothing about proper training and dieting.
6) even if your weight stayed the same you could have Gained more fat than lost muscle, you could have gained no fat and no muscle, or you could have gained less muscle and lost more fat. Judging by "you barely eat over maintenance" and "my strength has only gone up like maybe 5lbs on bench for example" you didn't lose any fat and gained no muscle. Congratulations on wasting 4wks worth of gear and the rest of the time, money, and energy invested.
7) you ask "what are you doing wrong here"? My answer is simple: the list of things you're doing right is a much shorter list than what you're doing wrong, maybe you can reframe your question to save us some time in answering. Getting writers cramps already at this point.
8) "is this significant enough to prevent me from making any gains even when on cycle?" - yes all the mistakes you're making could prevent you from making any gains cycle or no cycle.
9) you are 21yo, 5ft10in tall, weigh between 170-180lbs and you've got a magical body fat percentage that can change up to 4% by your mind control alone. Unless you're as active as a REAL athlete, your TDEE is NOT 3300calories. You call someone a dumbass bc they point this out than your proof is "I used a TDEE calculator". TDEE calculators, BMR calculators, the formulas, etc are ALL GUESSES. Usually pretty accurate but they're still guesses. Who's the dumbass now for not knowing that? Those calculators could easily be off by a couple hundred calories, especially if someone has mind control and puts in magical body fat percentages. You're either making up these numbers as you go along bc your story has switched so many times between here and your first cycle thread (yes I looked at it

) and a liar or a troll, or just
100% COMPLETELY INEPT AT NUTRITION, DIETING, BULKIMG, TRAINING, AND AAS
Idk why I've wasted so much time on you but next time, before you decide to call one of the smartest, most helpful, and most tolerant members of this forum childish names and try to show everyone how "smart you are", at least try to make up a more plausible story than this bullshit. It took Austinite all of 5 posts in here to rip your story apart and expose you so using the 21yo logic you have you come up with name calling like a kid going through puberty would. Grow the hell up and this is why AAS use is not for the young kids.
