Week 6 shoulder partial shoulder dislocation... continue?

becoming the bull
Ok well at the gym tonight doing my second set of dumbell shoulder press when boom the weight falls to the ground. Now I believe it was a mixture of lazy form and maybe not warmed up enough. Anyway on to the question should I continue you my cycle of test E and DBOL. Im going on 250mg E3D of E and 50 MG of dbol. Im on week 6 of the test and week 4 of the dbol. I really don't want to stop my cycle its be awesome. So maybe I can work around my shoulder after a week? Thanks for any advice and prior experience.

that's a tough call man. i know that injury all too well. happens to me probably once a year. i'd say if you're confident that it will feel ok in a couple weeks continue the cycle. maybe skip shoulders for a couple weeks then start back up light and go for reps. the shoulder pain may hinder other workouts though. you dont realize how much you actually use your shoulder until you can't use it anymore. for me i couldn't curl, bench, dip, pull/chin up.

That's what I'm afraid of But I guess I can squat and work on abs but Idk if using my gear is worth that haha. How long did it take for ur shoulder to get back to normal or did it

well my first dislocation i was pretty messed up for about a month. after the first one, it dislocates much easier now, but it also doesn't hurt as much as the first time and feels fine within a week. i have tendinitis though because of it that flares up a couple times a year for a couple weeks. in the long run it helped me with my form because now i perform every set with good tempo and nice controlled motion as opposed to sloppy jerking motions.

Having worked around a few shoulder injuries I would say that it would be best to get it checked out by orthopedic first. A torn labrum could be lurking in there.

You can still work out legs :)

If that were me I'd stop the dbol and drop test to a high-cruise dose while you recoup your shoulder for six to eight weeks.
