I think 3 days is my best rest, after that I start feeling like a bum. Your ON right now, so even 2 days of full rest might let you recover, but 3 days usually clears me up.
I think if I took a rest from lifting id loose like 10 pounds lol. I DO notice though, if I go on like a week long vacation and I come home and hit the weights I feel CRAZY stronger!...Also feel sore as fuck the next day I train each body part.
