week1 vs. week5 test e @500mg PICTURE

I am banned!
I am 5 weeks in.
Doing EP test e @ 500mg a week with aromasin @ 12.5 ed.
This is my first cycle.
I am 26 6'4" Starting weight was 185lbs
Week5= 203lbs.
I dont usually log my workouts but almost all of my lifts have gone up a significant amount at this point.
I never see alot of pictures of peoples results so I figured Id post these.

I am trying to get as close as I can to 4k a day and eat clean. I am doing a pretty decent job but have been drinking alil bit more alcohol lately. I started at around 12% bf, I am now around 14% I think.
Not terribly bloating, so sides really at this point besides wanting to fuck everything in sight.

I will update this every couple of weeks so be sure to check back. I am growing pretty fast, even friends who havent seen me in a couple of weeks make comments about how much bigger I am getting.

Looking good bro. How many weeks you gonna run the Test? At 5 weeks the Test is just getting started. Gonna keep an eye on this thread. Good luck.
 
good results, but i hate to bust your balls here, but u could have achieved those goals in 5 weeks without test. proper diet and nutrition would give you those same results
 
I am aware of this guys, I do appreciate the insight, I started bulking 1 week before my cycle and gained 3lbs of fairly lean mass in just that week, So yea there was a lot left for me to do with my diet, And I don't have as much training experience as some would recommend for a first cycle, but fact of the matter is its too late, lol.
 
Keep eating, yes you should gotten further naturally but it is what it is so good luck

Thanks man, I have been doing really good with my diet so far. And seeing great results, I have broken through all of the plateau's I was at before I started my cycle/bulk
 
Yea for sure, Like I said I know I could have done more, but I am doing everything the right way. Aro @12.5m ED, 10weeks @ 500mg/wk 2 weeks after last pin Clomid 50/50/50/50, nolva 40/40/20/20
 
keep up the good work! nice results week 7 and ur already 25 lbs heavier. ur on a good pase for gaining 30-35lbs if your running your gear for 12 weeks or more. keep training and eating smart!!! good luck

Thanks bro, I am just doing 10 weeks, I wanted a mild cycle for my first.

I will more than likely be doing another cycle of test e but prolly at like 700 or so after my 10weeks off.
