I look at the shake the hubby has everyday as an extra chance to load him up on calories.
2 cups whole milk
3/4 cups chocolate ice.cream
14 oz vanilla yogurt
3 eggs
1/4 cup quick oats
1 scoop chocolate whey
1 banana/or 1 banana baby food cont.
Peanut butter
Blend it up and enjoy..
