weight lifting beginner

hi i am 18 years old, im 5 feet 10 i weigh 145. I have been lifting for about 4 months now. I have become alot strongerwhich is awesome but i really want to gain some mass ass well. I have one bumb knee so im working on upper body lifts. I have also purchased the supplement halovar. I havent taken it yet because i want to make sure i dont waste it. I have asked around at the local gym on what i should do but i would preffer an expert oppinion. So if you have any advice that could help me i would really appreciate it thanks
 
looks like Halovar is a pro-hormone... I wouldn't recommend you do anything of the sorts

read all the sticky's in the Training and Diet section which will give you a better understanding of how to gain the mass and strength you are looking for... stick with it for a while and I'm sure you will be very happy with your results
 
Definitely hold off on the PHs. At 18 you should be able to grow like a weed just by eating, lifting hard, and getting plenty of sleep.
