Weight loss on TRT

Is there any way for me to lose some weight while on TRt? I've been researching and trying to find the best way to do it. I'm pretty sedentary and don't have time for a gym membership. I do what I can at home. I work 13 hour nights and don't get much awake time. I'm going to try to start a walking/running routine to get some cardio in. My diet isn't the best. I try to eat clean and healthy, but I live in South Louisiana. Best food in the US! Any suggestions for supplements or anything to take. I took adiped once and lost about 20-25lbs, but i can't find it cheap anywhere. I've read about clen, but I'm too unfamiliar to try it.
My stats are :
24y/o 5'9" 195lbs 100mg test cyp every week. Trying to get my doc to add hcg.

yes you can lose weight on TRT. I have lost 30 plus pounds on TRT.

Its mostly about your diet. Calories in vs Calories out. If your not exercising, then you need to eat less calories than if you were exercising. The test helps preserve muscle break down when your in a calorie deficet.
 
Ask 3J, but IMO you want to make sure you watch your calorie intake, and eat enough protein to spare your lean body mass while losing weight.

Start with 3J, get your diet right. If your workout time is limited, choose weight training over cardio. Muscle burns calories 24/7. I believe 1 pound of muscle mass burns 13 calories a day.

My wife uses Lipo6 Black and it controls her appetite very well. All it does is make me jittery like a caffeine overdose! Like mentioned above it is a calorie in, calorie out thing. Also, check your thyroid. If you are hypothyroid (good possibility if your are low T) then losing weight is a bitch until you get it under control.
 
I have also thought about CLEN but have not seen anything on here. Have been looking to try it from RUI. I know the calorie and exercise will help and thats what I am doing and have been doing but am seriously looking for a 10-15lb drop quickly which I just cant seem to get to.
